The Portuguese Man Of War is commonly thought to be a jellyfish, but is not. However, it has many jellyfish-like qualities, such as its appearance, movement, and sting. The Man Of war is like other Cnidaria, in the it also breathes through its membrane. The Man Of War simply takes in oxygen from the water, and releases carbon dioxide.
